This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) governs Your access and use of Gloryus’s Site available at the following URL address: https://gloryus.barber.work/ (the "Site") and the services related to or offered on the Gloryus platform (the “Platform”) which can be accessed by creators (the “Creators”) after having registered at the following URL address:https://gloryus.barber.work/ , and by clients by subscribing to the Platform by executing and agreement with Gloryus (hereinafter collectively, the "Services"), and governs collection and processing of Your data by gloryus Co., Ltd and any of its affiliates.
For the purposes of the Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to "Gloryus" will therefore include Videoagency, gloryus Co., Ltd and their affiliates.
By using and accessing the Services, You either as an individual or a single entity ("You" or "Your" as applicable), hereby fully consent to all terms of the Privacy Policy.
The Services are not accessible to children under the age of sixteen. Therefore, by using and accessing the Services, You warrant that You are over the age of 16. If You are under 16 years of age, do not use or access the Services at any time or in any manner.

Use of the Site: when You use the Site, Data about Your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Gloryus. This information can include: Your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Site addresses.
Registration and/or subscription to the Platform: when registering and/or subscribing to the Platform, You will transmit to Gloryus Your name, address and email address. Gloryus may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to You, such as Your age and gender.
Log-in through social media: If You access or log-in to the Site and/or Platform through a social media or other service or connect the Site and/or Platform to a social media or other service, the information Gloryus collects may also include Your user ID and/or user name associated with that social media service, any information or content You have permitted the social media service to share with Gloryus, such as Your profile picture, email address or friends lists, and any information You have made public in connection with that social media service. When You access the Site and/or Platform through social media services or when You connect the Site and/or Platform to social media services, You are authorizing Gloryus to collect, store, and use such information to perform the Services.

The Data shall not be public unless shared by You within Your Gloryus account. Please keep in mind that if You directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Gloryus 's public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Such disclosure will be made under Your sole responsibility.
You may connect Your Gloryus account to third party accounts. By connecting Your Gloryus account to Your third party account, You acknowledge and agree that You are consenting to the continuous release of information about You to others (in accordance with Your privacy settings on those third party sites). If You do not want Your Data to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature. You may disconnect Your account from a third party account at any time. The Site and/or the Platform may link to websites operated by third parties that Gloryus does not control. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Gloryus through the Site or Services and does not apply to these third party websites, any Data You choose to disclose to these third party websites will be made under Your sole liability. Gloryus does not monitor, control, or endorse the Data collection or privacy practices of any third parties. Gloryus encourages You to review the privacy statements of Sites You choose to link to from Gloryus so that You can understand how those websites collect, use and share Your information.
Gloryus is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Site and/or the Platform.
Gloryus collects and uses the Data to operate the Site and the Platform and to deliver the Services supplied upon subscription to the Platform, that You have requested and, from time to time, to inform and/or propose to You other products or services available on the Platform. Furthermore, Gloryus uses the Data to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Site and the Platform such as to determine what Gloryus services are the most popular.
Gloryus may also contact You via surveys to conduct research about Your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Your Personal Information will be processed by Gloryus in the Japan, Southeast Asian Countries and Korea.
In order for Gloryus to suggest Creator’s profiles to Clients, the name, age and gender of all Creators registered on the Platform will automatically be displayed within the Platform upon creation of a Creator Gloryus account.
Gloryus may, from time to time, contact You on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to You. In those cases, the Data (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) will only be transferred to the third party, including without limitation certain information received from Your social media platform login, upon Your prior authorisation.
Gloryus may also share the Data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send You email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using Your personal information except to provide these services to Gloryus, and they are required to maintain the strict confidentiality of the Data.
Gloryus may disclose the Data, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Gloryus or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Gloryus; (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Gloryus, or the public and (d) as necessary to perform the services requested by You.
Other than set forth herein, Gloryus does not sell, rent or lease the Data to third parties.

Cookies are uniquely assigned to You, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to You.
As a Creator, You acknowledge and agree that the Gloryus uses YouTube’s API to collect and store all information and data available within Your YouTube account including, without limitation, the title of Your YouTube channels, their date and country of creation, images and description, number of views, number of videos, number of comments, number of subscribers (“YouTube Data”). Therefore, by using the Platform, You notably agree to be bound to the Google Privacy Policy available at the following URL address: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy
The YouTube Data is collected to (i) confirm Your subscription to the Platform and to (ii) compute statistics regarding Your Gloryus activity. Your YouTube Data is stored in Gloryus’s servers and shared with Gloryus’s privileged partners for statistical purposes
You can revoke at any time Gloryus’s access to Your YouTube Data via the Google security settings page available at the following URL address: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
As a Creator, You acknowledge and agree that Gloryus collects and stores all information and data available within Your Instagram account including, without limitation, the title of Your Instagram channels, their date and country of creation, images and description including Your stories, number of views, number of pictures, number of comments, number of subscribers (“Instagram Data”).
The Instagram Data is collected to (i) confirm Your subscription to the Platform and to (ii) compute statistics regarding Your Gloryus activity. Your Instagram Data is stored in Gloryus’s servers and shared with Gloryus’s privileged partners for statistical purposes.
You can revoke at any time Gloryus’s access to Your Instagram Data by sending an email to Gloryus at: gloryus@gloryus.co.kr
Gloryus secures the Data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure by unauthorized third parties and ensures that will take all appropriate measures to limit the risk that it may be lost, damaged or misused.
Data is stored on secured third party servers in the Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asian Countries. The Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. After that point, Data is kept only for statistical and evidence purposes and shall not be used for any other reason. Once such period is expired, the Data is destroyed.
